Sheila Houlahan is an actor, producer, writer, and vocal coach with a penchant for a good roundhouse kick. She’s known for her work opposite Denzel Washington in John Lee Hancock’s film The Little Things, a Warner Bros. film that made waves during the pandemic and ended up being the highest grossing R-rated film during quarantine. Her other credits include a series regular role on Amazon Prime’s The Scottish Play, a leading role in Lionsgate’s cult horror film Beloved Beast, and a supporting role in Paradigm Studio’s feature film Wallflower, hailed by Variety as “one of the most haunting films of 2019.” Sheila is currently producing a hybrid feature film for Twitch featuring award-winning actress Ellen McClain, Oscar-nominated cinematographer Trevor Roach, and John Lowrie as director. When she isn’t kicking ass as a multi-hyphenate, she coaches actors on singing and speech, passionate about helping every human find their soul-connection to their authentic voice.
