In this month’s meeting, we did a lap of accountability (GREAT work, everyone; even work in other areas is work that counts because it all leads to a better, more balanced, healthier business overall), dug in on “don’t let unhealed trauma prevent working on your business” (because there will ALWAYS be trauma to heal; there’s no such thing as an “after it’s all healed up” version of our lives), discussed ninja strategies (seriously, EVERY time I watch this Vanessa Van Edwards/Noah Kagan chat, I’m reminded of business strategies I love using… and that work), and set some expectations for an EASE-filled year-end (we do NOT have to get all up in the sales frenzy of the season).
