Your homework between now and next month’s Zoom (Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 11:30am PST) is to consider ONE thing that needs a tweak in your business. One thing… not all the things. Remember the little wooden peg game — Mastermind — and resist the urge to change everything at once. Change one thing, get data, then change another thing (or that same thing, differently).
Go with your gut! And if your gut isn’t leading you toward your 2022 word or phrase of the year in any particular situation, get some data! Go find people who are doing something you’d like to do, using a platform you’d like to use, charging around what you want to charge, offering something similar to what you’re offering… survey your buyers (not your freebie seekers!!!) and let that data back up your gut. #PragmaticWoo
