Hello beautiful people!
If you’ve not already downloaded, printed, and laminated or framed your awesome Welcome Kit, please remedy that now.
If you hit any snags or have any questions about your membership, this doc is your first stop!
Of course, we’ll always keep the most updated copy of it here for you as well.
Next, something to put on your calendar: Checkpoint Check-ins.
Next, please, we encourage you to do the work. Don’t say, “Yeah, yeah, yeah… I know this,” about anything we put in front of you, even if you’ve done it before.
Why?
Because that type of *thinking* is what has you craving life at the next tier in the first place. DOING the work we’re laying out for you will get you there. So, even when you’re sure any particular day’s work is something you don’t need to do, just try it. It may lead you somewhere magical!
Each day’s lesson includes space for interaction (just scroll down). We want you sharing your process to the extent that you feel comfortable doing so. You may subscribe to comments so you are alerted when there are follow-up posts. Please stay plugged in, and not just when you need something. The community element here will only enhance your experience!
We want you to create a Checkpoint Check-in for these 100 days. We recommend you set (and KEEP) a date with yourself for at least once every two weeks but not more frequently than once every five days.
This quick revisiting of your goals, your progress, and your gameplan for going forward from there will keep you on course without having you measuring success so frequently that you get in the way of your own progress.
Now, because we’re often more successful when we involve others in our master plan, we’ve created some images for you to use online (change out your Facebook or Twitter cover image with the large ones, post the smaller ones at Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, your personal blog, etc.) so that folks in your life can celebrate your good work AND keep you motivated along the way.
Click any thumbnail to grab the larger version for your use all over the internet. 😉
Again, here’s the link to the quiz if you missed it in the Welcome Kit. (Seriously… read that dang thing. It’s awesome.)
- Are you an OBLIGER? If so, grab an accountability buddy. Committing to someone else about your goals is your secret weapon to getting things done!
- Are you a QUESTIONER? If so, hop in the comments to be sure you understand the WHY behind the WHAT so you find your inner motivation!
- Are you a REBEL? If so, be ready to reject everything we put in front of you — and don’t judge yourself for that! You’re gonna find your own road, here. And we totally support that!
- Are you an UPHOLDER? If so, just stick to the calendar and tips in the Welcome Kit. You’ve got a program that is already designed for you to thrive, right out the gate!
Remember that as each day unlocks, you’ll be able to bookmark it, revisit it, continue to engage in the comments for it… and the most challenging work you encounter is possibly the most essential that you do.
Come back to those lessons multiple times throughout your membership. You may find you have better tools for tackling some of it as each day’s lesson unfolds and provides more structure to the Get in Gear framework for your overall strength for doing this work!
Need to see how the framework maps on out? Here’s a bonus vid from our November 2020 training, in which we fill out the framework from this workbook together.
If a constant visual reminder (beyond your stickers-on-the-framework, grease-pencil-on-the-mirror, and posted-Post-It-Notes of your goal word or phrase for these 100 days) for which you get to engage your tactile brain chemistry rings your bells, take a look at this gorgeous shot from my friend Angela.
Anytime she’s having a blue day, she’s feeling powerless, she’s sure she’s just so damn far from living her dreams, she glances over at the container and is reminded of all the good in her life and in the world.
Feel free to share your favorite method for tracking your progress in the comments below! And whatever your speed, be sure you add in those Checkpoint Check-ins for these 100 days so that you can recalibrate and reward yourself for the muscle-building work you’re doing as you Get in Gear for the Next Tier!
Could you use a bit of physical (wearable) motivation? We have these wonderful custom-made bracelets to help you through! We usually save these for graduation presents, but if you’re hankering to have one NOW, reach out and we’ll arrange to make that happen for you. 🙂
The Tracks
There are five tracks for this first lap through your 100 days!
-
- The Intuitive Body
- Woo-Woo Crew
- Money, Honey
- Writer/Content Creator
- #RelationshipGoals
Enjoy this sexy graphic I made for you. I so love my Canva account! 😉 And of course, ask any questions about these fabulous curriculum overlays in the comments area below.
If you neglected to select a track at the time of your enrollment, reach out to us with an email at help@bonniegillespie.com so we can get you sorted. Otherwise, you’re all good to go!
Your first TRACK email will arrive on your Day 16. Be on the lookout for it. You will not be able to access the page from the dojo itself, only from that email with your personalized link. Ooh! We so fancy!
TRACK: The Intuitive Body: Need to attune your gut with your brain, do some mind-body healing, try a sober experiment, or Whole30 yourself well? Your support for your mind-body connection and being fully present is here.
TRACK: Money, Honey: It’s all value for value and money loves to flow. If you’re blocking its flow, there’s inner work to do. Period. We’re gonna engage in profit clarity, play the prosperity game, monetize passive income offerings, and look under the hood about why others’ financial success triggers you.
TRACK: #RelationshipGoals: Whether you’re single or partnered, collaborating with a team, looking to have a healthier partnership with your hell-yes rep, or hoping to make ANY relationship the healthiest it can be, this is where you’ll confront the setpoints in you that put lesser relationship scripts on replay.
TRACK: Woo-Woo Crew: One part astrology, one part numerology, one part Abraham-Hicks, one part intuition, and a healthy sprinkling of me in my Astrologer’s Daughter hat, you know if the law of attraction has you lingering in your thoughts about this one.
TRACK: Writer/Content Creator: Blogging and living as an influencer, getting staffed in a writers room, script doctoring and screenwriting, or publishing your first book… if your pen is mightier than any sword, we can help you elevate your weapon.
Woo HOO! So excited to roll this goodness out for you starting on your Day 16 — and then every 15 days thereafter for all 5 track sessions and a glorious wrap-up on your Day 91!
Live Support in our Q&A Zoom Sessions
Check that handy welcome kit for the dates of our live Zooms and get ’em on your calendar so we’re in sync for the most support available to you as we head off to the next tier together!
You’ll receive an email before each Zoom with a link to another of those “secretly not in the dojo” pages here, so be sure to stay on the lookout for it and return to that page for the replay if you miss any of these fabulous sessions!
Again (I know, I’m a broken record), I’ll remind you… any questions, pop ’em in at the comments below and we’ll get you covered!
OMG you guys, we are soooooooo excited for our time together, jamming like never before! Tell us about your WORD for these 100 days. Share a bit about your goals. Hook up with an accountability buddy and let’s DO this!
’til your DAY ONE email arrives… stay ninja!
