Hello beautiful people!
Let’s celebrate these 100 days and more!
Ah… I can’t believe we’re here! Y’all! How did we get here so fast? I’m so blown away by all we’ve shared!! You’re awesome!
Now, of course in showbiz, there is no diploma for your successful completion of this program and then a transfer of your records from one grade level to the next. Even beyond this work we’ve done, there’s not a certificate that permits your entry to another tier, giving you a status that can never be taken away from you once you get there. This tier-jumping experience is like all mindfulness work. It’s a practice, and that requires the consistent choosing of the best options for getting to realize and sustain our big goals.
Remember: Every good thing that becomes a habit in our lives does so because we mindfully choose it, regularly. (Tweet it.)
Now, I’m gonna tell you all a bit more about how we can build the muscle for becoming — and staying — a “big ol’ 5” on the scale of enoughness. But first, a little mischief, it seems….
Make a commitment to your NTY. My NTB is amazing and I do everything I can to make choices that align with hers, at that next tier, so I can meet her and be her very soon! Like… later today, even. (I’m a big ol’ 5.)
Believing You Are Enough 101
- “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle; the other is as though everything is a miracle.” — Gilbert Fowler White, re: a discussion with Albert Einstein; You are a miracle and that means you are surrounded by — and constantly creating — miracles daily.
- Identify those who made (or make) you feel as though you’re not enough or as though you have to earn love, deserve success, or play small ever. Eliminate contact with these folks or reframe past (and current) experiences with these folks so the damage that was once done (or could get extended) doesn’t keep getting done by your continued investment in it as a “truth.” It’s not a truth. It’s fiction. This bit is a daily practice and will need your strongest muscles sometimes.
- Use those strongest muscles you already have to support weaker ones in this and all areas in your life.
You’re creating a masterpiece — unleashing it from its marble block as the saying goes. Never choose 900-grit sandpaper when it’s time to use a hammer and chisel. Save that finer touch for refining, polishing, and finishing the job after you can really see your creation taking shape. Your dreams start out as blocks of marble in which only you can see the future creation. You can talk to others about it; you can even describe what you see in such a way that they may imagine they see a version of it too; but it’s not ’til you’ve revealed the finished masterpiece that the world can behold its magnificence. So whatever you do, don’t start out on a big-ass block with 900-grit sandpaper and don’t keep using a hammer and chisel after it’s unwise to do so!
Note that this work we’ve done together is cyclical in nature. It will continue to serve you every time you revisit it. We have seen these exact tools work at every tier (yes, every tier up ’til you’re so fancy you have handlers [plural] and your team fields offers for you every day while one of your assistants answers your fanmail). You just have to tweak a few specifics as you rise through the tiers. But the work is the same.
I’m not gonna label this “today’s work,” but if you’re so inspired, revisit that intention word you set along with all those intentions from the start of the course. Share a bit about how this has taken shape for you!
I’d like for you to consider that enoughness is being down with yourself. Knowing whatever happens, you’re gonna be okay. Charisma is being down with yourself in front of others. Not hiding that you know that whatever happens, you’re gonna be okay. And magnetism is reflecting back to others something they wish they saw and felt in themselves. It’s our ability to inspire others to know that they too are enough.
You are magnetic. You are a lighthouse. SHINE ON.
Finally, I want to leave you with something that has shaped my life since I was a very young child. “You will get what you want when you are no longer attached to how it gets to you.” I’m going to tell you that I must’ve summarized that from a spirituality workshop my mother took me to when I was still a single-digit-aged kiddo because it’s scrawled in my childhood journal along with a page and a half of how dreamy I thought John Stamos was. (Man, he is still dreamy!)
Anyway… you will get what you want when you are no longer attached to HOW it gets to you. (Tweet it.) It’s not about HOW. We know that it WILL arrive. So, relax. Get in receiving mode. Raise that glass o’ champagne and enjoy the surprise and delight of the glorious ride!
Today, tomorrow, and forever… stay ninja!
