Hello beautiful people!
Let’s slice up some pie… Get in Gear Life Pie!
Note: Today is NOT a day to beat yourself up for what you’ve NOT done in this course thus far. This is a day in which you get to use those ever-more-toned muscles for dispassionate labeling to simply do an inventory of these past 73 days so you’ll know where you need more support in the weeks to come.
This should be incredibly revealing about what you are starting to find easy and even joy-filled about your next-tier journey and it may surprise you to learn where you’ve got some patterns of your own when it comes to how you’ve resisted engaging in… self-care, for example.
This work will help you see some of your blocks AND your victories right there in the shape of a pie. THAT will give you a great starting point for what comes next for you!
The idea here is that you can use the proportions of your Get in Gear Life Pie to show you where you need more support — whether that takes the shape of a coaching call with me, more active engagement in the comments section here each day, a meetup with an accountability buddy, a renewal of jam sessions with your pod, a revisiting of particular course days, more journaling, or simply an extra 10 minutes with yourself daily to create a boundary between you and that scattered energy — and then receive that support while you’re right here in this safe place designed to help you test those butterfly wings before you’re sure they’ll support your formerly-only-a-caterpillar bod! (They will! It’s just way more fun when you’re confident about that fact.)
Next, grab some stickers or colored pencils or crayons or pens or highlighters or rubber stamps or whatever might light you up for the labeling that comes next! 🙂 Ready?
Grab that first page, dive in on those office supplies, and go to town with your Get in Gear Life Pie graphic! Feel free to print this page out multiple times so you can have one version of what the course’s intentional flow looks like vs. what your actual participation and commitment to the work has mapped out to be vs. what Next-Tier You aspires to have done before our 100 days are through vs. whatever else you’d like to measure today!
You may want to revisit the Get in Gear FRAMEWORK at this point too.
Isn’t it fun to see this all come together for you?
Now, before you panic about how close to the end of the course we are (let’s just say I’ve received some emails on this topic), let me remind you that your membership here extends as long as you need it to! After the 100th day opens up for you — for those of you not on LIFER status — you’ll have a couple o’ weeks to poke through The SMFA Vault, revisit any of the 100 days you wish, explore another track, even hit a “restart” button to get the daily emails from the beginning should you so desire. Once your monthly membership kicks in, you continue to have access to The SMFA Vault, our grads-only private SMFA Dojo Facebook group, discounted coaching sessions with me, and these 100 days for as long as you stick around! When you’re feeling done, you simply cancel your ongoing membership. Super easy! And of course, for those of you on LIFER status, you’re all set for the life of the program… you so smaht!
So, to sum that all up, the access you crave for the support you need as you continue this work, do another lap, cherrypick specific days to revisit from your new perspective or new tier, do 1-on-1 sessions, experience all the goodness of The SMFA Vault, and benefit from every addition we continue to make over time is here for you!
Got all that? Good! Okay, so….
Your work today should be fun because even if you’re feeling anxiety going into it, by the end of it, you’ll have a crystal clear picture of where you’re not giving yourself the support you need to get to the next tier! This awareness is glorious because it shows you the direct line TO the next tier (fortifying your enoughness in the depleted slices of the pie). That’s work we can do here, together!
Remember, we’re building muscles that work to support one another so you can have not only this really great bicep but actually a whole package of the most efficiently-working bod you’ve ever imagined! The way we do that is by getting really clear on what it has meant to our big muscle-related goals if we’ve skipped out on cardio too many times. 😉
KNOWING where you need more support while we still have this glorious time stretched out ahead of us to offer it to one another in this amazing space is a gift! So… get out those office supplies and have fun with this! Share your Get in Gear Life Pie with me at Twitter or Instagram if you’re so inspired!
I’m so freakin’ proud of you!
’til tomorrow… stay ninja!
