Hello beautiful people. It’s time to dive in on our March 2024 Expansive Capacity exploration!

ADMIN NOTE: Please scroll to the bottom of this page for information about our live interactive mastermind meeting via Zoom. Once the meeting has taken place, its recording will live down there for you to review as well.
So… let’s remember back to December 2023, when I unveiled some lovely Expansive Capacity tools presented in all their Canva’d glory. (Ahh… Canva is sooooo my happy place.)
I set the first collection of infographics across 5 different categories:
~ tools we use with others
~ big-picture tools
~ quick-fix tools
~ mantras
~ reminders
I didn’t receive any feedback that these could be consolidated or expanded, so these remain the 5 categories (unless new feedback is on its way to me this month).
Yes, there are still dozens of EC tools to Canva-i-fy (Canvafy? No. That looks weird.) I’ll continue to add to our collection of infographics and of course we’ll work out using these (and other) brilliant and helpful tools in our Zoom (and in the comments here before and after that).
In case you’d like to see these latest tools alongside the ones I shared in December, I’ve put ’em all in this page so you don’t have to click back a few months.
As always, click to enbiggen, and lemmeknow how using these tools feels to you/for you. Are there some here you totally forgot existed? Is there a different approach you take with any of the ones I’ve shared so far? Are you shocked I haven’t yet presented one of the EC tools you find to be straight-up essential? Do share! We’re co-creating, y’all!
The new kids:

And the first set, from December 2023’s Canvafication (no… that’s not it either… hmm…).

I remain inspired and thrilled for all the wisdom and ease we continue to build together up in here!
La la love ya’!
Aligned Hustle Calendar

Grab your bubblewrap, folks. Here comes eclipse season and a fun li’l Mercury retrograde too… because we need more chaos. 😉 As always, we pay attention to what’s coming up in woo weather the same way we look at the weather report (or look out the window) before leaving the house. Should I take an umbrella? Yeah… looks like!
No need to over-stress about any of this. Just add a buffer to anything that feels off-kilter once we get into Aries season. We’re kicking off the zodiacal new year with all sorts of dramatic energy. (Good thing we’re showbiz types and know exactly what to do with DRAMA.)
Remember to pop on by during Connect with Bon if a visit would feel nourishing to you! Info about timing is here: https://bonniegillespie.com/connect — no pressure, no RSVP, no replay. 🙂
This month’s Expansive Capacity meeting is happening at this Zoom link at 12:30pm PDT on Thursday, March 21st (translate that to your time zone here). NOTE: WE’RE ENTERING DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME BEFORE THIS MONTH’S ZOOM.
You are welcome to go on camera for this mastermind session, or simply unmute yourself to participate live audio-only. Yes, we will be recording the meeting and putting its replay up here for you to consume within 24 hours of the meeting. Hooray!
If it’s possible that you’ve never Zoomed before, for sure we recommend you get all set up *before* our meeting. Zoom is free, and there’s info on how to get going here.
Here is the replay of our March 21st deep dive. Enjoy!
Your amazing and superfun chat is here. Yay!
We talked about mixed messages to the universe, the manifestation process, allowing the creative brain to run wild (especially in a world that rewards the academic brain and medicates the creative brain as if it’s a disease), giving space to the brain that goes on loop when you’re just trying to figure out what you want to be when you grow up, and a fun/exciting announcement about Keith’s new JOB. (Yes, really.) A few post-sesh goodies for you:
~ Use the 3 C’s (or make ’em 5 C’s, if you’d like) when you get on loop. CATCH the brain’s obsessive setting. CONGRATULATE yourself for catching it! CARRY ON with your life now that you’ve unhooked the loop. (The bonus other C’s are: CHERISH yourself and the world you are in, in the moment. CHOCOLATE — because everything’s better with chocolate, duh.)
~ Try “Brain Dance” as a way of interrupting the loop (this is a great full-body experience along the lines of Bilateral Stimulation). Scroll to the comments of that page (Mind-Body Track #3 from Get in Gear for the Next Tier) for more. Thank you, Stephanie, for bringing this into our lives. Thank you, Aaron, for walking us through your process during our Zoom!
~ For a whole collection of nervous system resets that align with the signs of the zodiac, head over to the on-demand webinar replay I did with Melanie Weller. She’s got a BUNCH of goodies like this in her world, if you’re intrigued by it all.
~ Remember that the universe is an Italian grandma cooking up a storm without measuring a dang thing! Doubting the universe can get you a sweet little smack with a wooden spoon, so get into the feeling place of your manifestation and then trust trust trust.
I so love us. Thank you for these inspiring and easygoing convos. I love all the places we go! THANK YOU for the feedback on the infographics. I’m gonna keep makin’ ’em and sharing ’em with y’all, so keep the requests coming! We have SO many tools!
Your Aligned Hustle Calendar for April 2024 is on the WELCOME page for you. In addition to eclipse season, we’ve got Mercury going retrograde April 1st. Back up all your tech stuffs and double-check all your timing! Expect delays and stay patient with yourself and everyone. All is well. Find a flower and enjoy the heck out of it!
So so so much love flowing your way!
I’ll print these and add to the ones I have from before in a stapled form. Love having these handy. You are amazing I love printing out your designs. ❤️
Yayayayayay! I love that you love them, Judy. Boy, I sure do! Canva has brought so much joy into my business. 🙂 I get to make more of these for y’all soon too. Just gonna keep ’em flowing! So many great tools we’ve built together here.
I loved reading through these and will print them out and post them up in my office. They are GREAT!
I should’ve had them with me (or thought of a couple) a week or two ago. I was getting ready to come back here from LA and I was waiting at CVS for them to fix a prescription that they got wrong (grr) and was worried I was going to miss the plane and returning the rental car and sitting in THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE chair and the pain in my back got worse and worse. So, of course, all that anxiety and catastrophizing put me in agonizing pain until I saw my therapist at the end of the week. She had me look at all that and we ended up laughing about the whole thing and how I made a big mountain out of nothing and should’ve just walked out of there (I ended up not getting the prescription after all) and how I do this to myself. I could and should just hear Keith in my head — STOP IT!! And then laugh at myself because whatever it is that I’m making a big deal about is, generally, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. In the future — I will remember the 30,000 foot view and to say to myself STOP IT and laugh about whatever it is that’s getting me worried. It’s not worth a week of pain, that’s for sure!
This is so good, Kathi. So so so good!
So I just did something very small that felt very big energetically, and I’m coming for a little space-holding.
At the top of my website, I have a floating menu of links designed to appear like a list of all the hyphenates. “Stephanie Bergeron: Actor, Dancer, Choreographer, Voice Artist, Adjudicator”, followed by a “More” where #30SecondBallets, Resources, Shop, et cetera live. Today, I moved Adjudicator to the More section, effectively removing it from the landing spread.
I came to a realization today as I was writing an email, that I’m actually doing very little dance competition judging… and don’t really want to. Yes, it gives me clout in certain rooms. Yes, I have an eagle-eye and think I’m pretty damn good at critiquing routines (#Virgo). But there’s a lot of crap around these events, and if someone were to call me tomorrow to book, my immediate response wouldn’t be “yay!” Hm. Interesting. A bit scary, considering how much I put into that work pre-pandy. But, I thought this little non-destructive tweak might be a good way to test how I feel about not actively pursuing those roles. So far, it just feels a bit… weird to have made an energetic declaration like that. I also adjusted the menu to say “Author” instead of “#30SecondBallets”. Somehow that also felt like an energetic declaration- one of ownership. We’ll see how this rolls out.
No one will actually notice these, but the universe will. (Well, and now y’all. Lol.) Expanding my capacity for something else that brings me more joy, perhaps?
I really love this, Stephanie. It’s so good. Important in that very quiet, private, but OMG it’s a thing kind of way. BEEN THERE. Really celebrating that you were able to feel the energetic load of saying yes to an offer for this kind of work and then go with your gut about shifting your intention and your branding. And YAY for author ownership! Such a big deal!! I still remember exactly when I called myself a writer for the first time (more than a decade after I’d been earning a living doing it, BTW). These are important milestones. Proud of you!
Congrats! Huge mental shifts #AndYouDidntDie!
OMGOSH I LOVE these!!! Thank you Bon, for going to all this trouble to put this together in such an aesthetically pleasing way!! I’m going to print these out and put them in a little book!! SO grateful for the tools we’ve all crowdsourced and built on with each other here.
I’m disappointed but I have to miss this month’s meeting. It’s a bit later than it usually is I think, and I have a much needed doctor’s appointment I’ve waited 6 months to get. I was excited to tell you all about the awesome booking for a feature film written and directed by an A-list actor where I booked the room–and got offered a totally different part than the one I auditioned for!! I wish you all lovely session with many more loving epiphanies for ourselves and each other. Catch you in the replay. Love you all.
So so so excited to hear alllllll about your good news from top to bottom! I know you’ll have so much to share next Zoom. Yay! We definitely missed you. Hope the visit with the doc was productive. Love love love you!
Hey y’all, just a heads-up unrelated to EC: If you’re running a WordPress site, I just found a setting automatically set to allow sharing of your site to third parties, including those that train AI models. Here’s a screencap of where the setting is located/hidden if you’d like to shut that down (General Settings/Privacy):

THANK YOU!
Shoot, I’m going to miss being live today. I love the tools – Kathi I do exactly the same thing – making molehills into mountains – so annoying – nice to laugh about it when I really look at whatever it is and see what I did.
I’m living at what I believe is my most peaceful time of my life. The tools, being able to look at them and see the reminders of how to use them is a huge gift that I now depend on. Thank you – we have so many descriptive tools such a treasure.
I am accepting what comes along. I’m so lucky to be feeling mainly peaceful nothing has changed really, just me with the help I find here. I’m out more connecting with people life is sweeter.
Thank you Bonnie and may you receive many benefits for your work!
We love you so much, Judy. Thank you. Missed you at the Zoom, but of course your energy is always with us! One of my former assistants came over last week for a visit and she asked about you. You’ve touched so many lives. I’m lucky to try and keep up with YOU!
