Our pets live in our 6th house (unless they’re “workers” — like farm animals that are not really pets, usually; those live in the 12th house). Love you! Glad you could be with us for a bit!
Thank you so much. She was diagnosed with early-mid stage kidney disease and pancreatitis. 🙁 I’ve had cats my whole life so I know what kidney disease means, and I’m just gonna love on her and give her the prescription food and Fortaflora probiotics until she decides it’s time to leave us. Thanks for the advice on the 6th house connection for pets and transits-I’ll pay attention to that, as I also have (in Placidus) 5 planets/placements in the 6th, including my sun. I have had cats since I was literally BORN, brought home from the hospital and there was a cat there lol, and cannot live without them around me. So looking forward to tomorrow’s meet up!

Like, what specifically are you trying to make happen, Kristen? I mean, anything is “particularly interesting” depending on my POV, your POV, someone else’s POV. 😉 What are you trying to learn about, here? Get more specific and I’ll see if I can help.
Meanwhile, the 8th house represents the occult part of astrology. The more #WitchyShit of it all. 😉 The 9th house is more aligned with the philosophical deep-dive in mythology that is astrology, plus all the science of the degrees and mathematical points, angles, and relationships.

Follow up Question about Chart Harmony – I am heavy Fire and Air – how can add in more earth?
In my ‘You in the Stars’ interpretation – it talks a lot about all my big ideas and being great at getting things started and not so great at follow through if I get bored – and its TOO TRUEEE – It’s something I have been trying to change in the last few years and is a struggle.

Yes, I dig the “My 13” handout – very helpful to have all of that in one place to glance at – also writing it all out like that helped me get more familiar with the sybmols for the signs and planets.
I also loved the bonus section – esp. since I just learned about the balance in my modalities from those nifty chart harmony cards!
here’s what I learned:
7 natal squares
2nd house dominant
Air/Water dominant w/an equal amount of Fire/Earth
1st decan dominant – w/an equal balance of 2nd and 3rd
Cardinal/Mutable/Fixed balanced
That’s a lot of balance! Does that mean *everything* affects me?! Ah!!! lol
So, I looked at “My Car” to see what I should *really* pay attention to and
well, my car has balanced decans *and* balanced modalities too.
No help there – lol
BUT it is earth dominant (plus air)
So basically anytime an earth or air sign is in any decan and any modality…
I’ll get 3 out of 3
and anytime fire or water are in any decan and any modality
I’ll get 2 out of 3
So at this point, I give up and focus on whatever the hell I want, right? lol
Last week’s energy … .man, I felt it ALL – especially that Nodal shift.
My north node is Sag/south node Gemini – I’m guessing that combo added to the impact?
and almost in a contradictory or conflicting way, huh? Plus my sun and Mercury in Taurus..
so the last 18 months of transformative eclipses were impactful AND this next 18 months will also be impactful.

I think the dates for the profection of USA’s Pluto return are February 20th, July 12th, and December 28th (I haven’t checked the orbs in use on those July and December dates). February 16th
Mars in Capricorn
Venus gets in between Mars and Saturn
My sun is Taurus (9th house – higher education/spirituality/travel)
and my moon is Libra (2nd house – values/enoughness/money)
= Venus is obviously a very important player in my chart
My Mars is in Cancer (11th house – house of friendships)
My Venus is in Pisces (7th house – one on one / plus one relationship)
So Mars – (my house of friendships) will be pushing up against Venus my (plus one relationships)
from 2/16 until like April.
this is that big picture 2022 stuff we talked about last month, huh?
this is the chunk of time where things are aligned for me to fall in love
and it looks likely it could come from an introduction from a friend – or it could be a friend turned relationship?
It’s interesting to note that my Saturn is also in the 11th house with Mars…. but Venus gets in between that fucker, and says ENOUGH with the love and relationship lessons dude! She’s worked on her values and enoughness, now let’s please give her all the money,love and sex that her heart desires!

Bon I have a “when is the best day for..” question.
I think I have my answer, but I want to run this by you…
– I’ve mentioned that I put together a package and demo reel for on-air radio (dj) jobs. I began applying on the big 4 job boards (Audacy, iHeart, Cumulus, and Cox) about 8 months ago.
– I’ve kept this new endeavor very close to my chest which is very out of the ordinary for my chatty Gemini 10th house mid-heaven, who enoys telling the world what she’s up to.
– After sending out my 92nd resume Thursday afternoon, I began to get emotional. And then ding! My first email response from a station manager came in, literally before the tears welling up in my eyes, could actually fall!! Friday morning, another ding! My second response from a station manager!
– So relieved, I was feeling depleted and defeated, and now I’m re-energized and excited to continue down this path because it feels right!
– I’ve been thinking a lot about how “career/success/money = partner/relationships/community” centric my chart is overall – and am contemplating making a move to go a little more public with this desire of mine to land a full-time position at a radio station.
My biggest wins have always come thru connections/community and I’m ready to let my community know what I’m up to
and what I need help with. (references/referrals/job leads).
So let’s say I was going to send out emails and/or make a facebook post….
it looks like the stand out date to do this is
Friday Feb 4th – right?
It’s a 3 day (creative/community) – it’s an Aries moon (get shit done)

Personally, I wouldn’t launch anything that close to Mercury retrograde. We’re still in the shadow of the retro until deeper into February, so there’s a good chance of miscommunication, delays, tech issues… all things I personally don’t like baking into a new offer.
I think asking for REFERRALS should be happening right now! If you mean getting testimonial language from people you’ve worked with in the past, this combo of Venus and Mercury retrograde is perfect for that sort of RE-visiting. Really powerful!
Just a note about the Aries moon, it’s great for taking action and getting things started but it’s got puppy energy — frenetic and easily distracted (so, good at starting; not so good at finishing). It’s also a very individualistic energy. Aries is “me, me, me” (remember, its opposite sign is Libra, which is all “we, we, we”).
I think getting help from your community is definitely good for the Aquarius Sun, and I’d look to tomorrow (the 28th) for bringing that Sagittarius Moon expansion energy together with the powerful 8 numerology — while leaning into the retrogrades of Venus and Mercury right now.

Referrals – meaning not so much testimonial language…. but more like “anyone have any contacts in this area that would be open to connecting me?”

And since this is ALL about communication and information – both the referrals *and* the job itself – perhaps I should wait till my chart ruler – mercury turns direct. LOL

Could go either way, really. All retrogrades are RE times. 😉 So reconnecting with people and asking them about their relationships can work. Just don’t do the OUTREACH to the NEW people during Mercury retrograde unless you want to bake in those communication issues that Mercury retrograde is sometimes famous for. 😉 You’ve got this!

VOID MOON QUESTION –
I just recvd a hosting audition… life-changing, yearly salary attached kind of hosting audition.
It’s due Monday afternoon – but I was hoping to get it done and hand it in early.
AND we have a VOID MOON tonight/tomorrow…
I think I know the answer – but I suppose it’s best to wait till Sunday/Monday to turn it in afterall, so that the void moon doesn’t mess with it’s reception?
When the moon is void, stuff goes unnoticed, so we’re better off doing things that are standard, normal, basic, not special.
So, we could consider that the casting office — in receiving your material and looking at it during a void moon — is doing something standard, normal, basic, not special, right?
BUT, if you really want to make sure it’s NOTICED, yes, you want it to land NOT in a void moon. You’ve got it!
Monday’s our New Moon and it’s got a lot of magic behind it already! I’m really looking forward to it. Check on planetary hours if you can, so you’re sending your material during a high-impact hour, if possible. And if you go with Sunday, that’s got the stronger numerology behind it, but they won’t likely open it ’til Monday if they’re doing business like most casting offices still do. So, aim for what’s best for YOUR alignment (which could even be yesterday, which you may have already gone with, at this point). 😉
We can really overthink this stuff if we’re not careful. The idea is to go with what FEELS GOOD, backed by the woo if possible. But don’t let less-than-optimal woo combinations stop you from living out your life! I know you know this, but for anyone who needs that reminder, there it is.

there’s rumors in the rock n roll world – that part of the reason for Guns N Roses big split years ago, was that Axl would not do anything without consulting his astrologist, and actually cancelled shows and what not based on his astrology forecasts…
that would be a crippling way to live…
I definitely don’t want to do that .. BUT I do want to lean into all of this way more then I have in the past.
I’ve always been intriqued, interested and drawn to my astrology – but until now, I cant say that I actively began to put it into practice (outside of reading daily/monthly horroscopes and the occasional chart reading).

Wow, Decans are cool!
It’s almost like are you ‘a student, a connector, or a teacher/guide?’ in that sign. With all my fixed fire and earth (Leo and Taurus) and cardinal water (Cancer), I’m flip flopping between Decan 1 and Decan 3. My leo Sun/Venus/Jupiter are all Decan 3. LOL. So I am definitely here to be the MOST Leo Leo ever. (So timely with our convo this week, right, Bon??).
But my Leo Mercury is Decan 1, which given the lack of air in my chart suggests to me I am here to learn about communication and how to show up and shine while being playful with it. It’s also in 4th house so there’s family stuff here to unearth. My Taurus rising and both Cancer placements (Moon and Mars ~ oh, they love hanging out there together so, so much! NOT.) are in Decan 1. I am here to learn to build a beautiful life and to lead with a sense of nurturing and keeping everyone safe (don’t touch my cubs!). Perhaps learning to build a beautiful life through sparkling communication that leads others to feel safe.
Decan 2 doesn’t kick in until my virgo Saturn (YIKES). Then I have a bunch of Decan 2 as I head out to Pluto: Scorpio Uranus, Sag Neptune, Libra Pluto. Boom, boom, boom. My North Node is back to Virgo but is in Decan 1. So I’m here to grow and lean into healing and structures (need to revisit this day in A4C for more details) but because both Virgos are in the 5th house (Saturn and N. Node), it’s about building the healing and structures around childlike play. So I am learning to heal and building safe spaces for childlike play as I grow into myself and my inner dad is helping me connect and bridge into that safe container around play. No Decan 3 here so there’s no need to worry about mastering it. It’s almost like I am the child and the parent to myself around this healing around structures for play. I parent myself as I grow into who I am meant to become through play.
And that might be the most Leo thing ever said.

Yessssssssssss. I love this work, Rhianna. Absolutely, you’ve got it on that first decan Mercury situation! And your ideas about having Taurus Rising bringing that beauty into communication, so baby Moon can feel safe really work. Also see where having passion can feel safe! Part of Cancer Mars’ story is that it’s not safe to be passionate, have a sex drive, go after what you want… and I’d love to see what Taurus can do to help, there. Or what other parts of your chart are able to create that harmony.
So, how can you parent yourself while staying childlike? Y’know there’s the kid who self-parents and they become grownup before they “should”. With Saturn in the 5th, I’d love to know how you can bring that adult structure to things and STAY playful/childlike about it at the same time.

My entire car is Earth (Virgo sun + rising, Taurus Moon). I feel like I’m really good at living in my Earthness. But my Fire is also pretty dominant (Leo in Mercury, Mars and Venus!). How do I balance that out? Is Leo all about being seen? I think about Leo as the person who wants all eyes on them when they walk in the room, speak, or do anything really lol. I generally shy away from the spotlight. But getting recognized for my efforts DOES matter greatly to me. How can I tap into my Leo-ness in a way that is authentic to my car? In what areas of my life is it most important to consider my Leo planets?

Okay, Leo gets a bad rap in the memes as being “all eyes on me” and “ego ego ego.” What I like to remember is that Leo is ruled by the SUN. The Sun is our life-giver!! It’s VERY important. So, it’s less that Leo has a big ego and needs to be seen… more like Leo brings LIFE to everyone, through that Sun ruler. So, Leo really is a king. And kings GET attention, whether they have an egoic need to or not.
Specifically for your Mercury, Venus, and Mars, here’s how to think of their use of that Leo fire:
~ Mercury in Leo has important things to say. Optimistic and brave. Can get feelings hurt easily if out of balance.
~ Venus in Leo is gregarious and VERY loving. Treats partners and money well and expects that to be reciprocal. Can equate lack of attention with lack of love if out of balance.
~ Mars in Leo is passionate, bold, and unapologetic about moving things forward. Can be reactive if out of balance.
So, the life-car being Earth dominant — with Mercury-ruled driver and navigator, plus Venus-ruled navigator — means you will put in the work, and if it were just these three players to consider, you not only would avoid the spotlight but also not care if your efforts went unrecognized (Virgo will often play the role of the martyr, as it heals the world). The fact that being recognized for your efforts IS such a big deal to you is how that Leo fire is showing up for you, even though none of that fire is in the life-car.
For Chart Harmony with this, I would start with some Venus remedies. Since Venus rules one of your life-car’s occupants *and* your Venus is in Leo, that’s the best point of intersection/overlap and it’s where you’ll be able to start getting the life-car’s occupants feeling more at ease with all that Leo fire, in your daily life.
I like the idea of bringing Venus and my Leo placements front n center when it comes to my dating life. Being expressive, having fun meeting new prospects and being unapologetic about who I am, how I operate, and what I’m looking for.
Just wanted to share my “Aquarius new moon” stuff, because I used to have trouble (with some signs more than others), identifying what specifically I wanted to release on full moons and what I wanted to plant seeds for in new moons. And I actually thought I wasn’t doing anything for the betterment of the community and was way too compassion-fatigued/exhausted to think of it. And then I realized that I have been contributing, and especially through the weekend to this AM, to work with REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York), and the HRA (Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services) and the “Programs team” in our real estate brokerage to help the system better serve people with housing subsidies. My Mars is in Aquarius, so it’s really aligned for me to fight something, and it’s in the second decan, and I am definitely working as a “connector”. I am not leadership, but I am the junior agent on Programs, and I am going to inspections, talking to clients, talking to landlord reps, and then talking to leadership. I couldn’t see that I was actually doing it accidentally because I had a fixed idea that serving the communal good had to look something like holding hands and washing feet singing Kum-Bah-Yah, not contributing to an email chain.
It was also made me realize that I don’t necessarily have to look at every full moon or new moon as a challenge to drastically change something OR ELSE miss an amazing opportunity. Like, who suffers FOMO more than Sun/AC/Mercury in Sag with a Gemini moon? I became aware that the moons have the potential to expand or deepen something I am already doing, or explore a more thorough release of something I am in the process of releasing. It doesn’t ALWAYS have to be some totally new and different thing from left field. It’s OK for the full and new moons to add energy to something, and it doesn’t have to be “burn it all down and start over” 24x a year.
I think the realization also bodes well with my Pisces North Node which wants me to go with the flow instead of that Virgo opposition that screams, “OMG everything is a problem and YOU have to fix it, and it requires the equivalent of a virgin sacrifice! It has to feel HARD!”
I loved watching the replay and can’t wait to be there on the 22nd! Using the calendar is SO helpful to my Cancer rising self!

Just watched the end of what I missed having to leave early last month and loving the decan dominance talk as pertains to what to focus on in Planet Watcher, as I’m usually looking at it and going, “huh, well that’s really neat looking aaaaaand I have no idea how to read this for myself” lol. I am Fire/Cardinal dominant (or am I really, since I have 5 earth placements as well? Only 1 little water, Neptune, in Scorpio, 8th house, so I’m guessing it’s a powerful 1 little water though!?) I am 1st and 3rd decan dominant which is kinda mindblowing after learning the vibes of each. I have much beginner’s mind and desire for mastery but very few bridges to get me there? lol
