I’m so excited to go on this deep dive of each month’s calendar together using the power of the woo-woo tools my momma taught me. 😉

It’s time to tackle the August calendar so here we go!

As always, we’ll cover what the numerology of the days mean, what the moon’s move through the signs tell us, and of course how all this plays out in your favor in the most intriguing and powerful ways! During the Zoom, I’ll take questions about how all of this relates to trends you’re tracking in your OWN chart — be sure to bring your chart (render it at a site like Astro.com) — and we’ll talk about how the woo of the month aligns with YOU!

Meanwhile, have FUN using your dominant decans to begin tracking transits — specifically those that have “the traditional 7” planets and luminaries create a Square, Opposition, Conjunction, Trine, or Sextile to your natal placements. Just start noticing those things and the power they have in your life.
As you build up your practice for doing this, you’ll be able to get predictive with your chart — going out into the future to find out WHEN a certain benefic will be in a positive transit to your natal benefics, your Sun, your Moon, your Midheaven. Or when the transiting Sun will be lighting up a certain HOUSE in your chart, for focus on your career (10th) or love life (7th) for example.

Uh-oh. Sphere + Sundry is open with another batch of magic goodies! This time, it’s a Jupiter in Pisces series and I may have bought all of it last night. LOL
This doesn’t have anything to do with this month’s topic, but wanted to share since it’s astro stuff. Between my year in Aligned Advantage and this past 5 weeks of Astro for Creatives (gang, GET ON THIS NEXT ROUND, seriously) I’ve been noticing how much my astro brand and chart is just thrown back in my face on a regular basis with little to no effort and it’s crazy. I’m probably more aligned with things after these last 5 weeks but it’s unreal. A couple examples from today alone:
-a comment I made to a younger co-worker was met with “you sound just like my dad.” My immediate thought? “All. My. Saturn. Ruled. Dominance.”
-a gif sent to me from a close friend of Sid Vicious saying “I did it my way.” My immediate thought? “All. My. Aquarius. Dominance.”
This should probably be posted over at Astro for Creatives as well (and I will) but my Libra stellium needed it to be here as well.
I love it and I love it more. So so so good. 🙂 Isn’t it amazing how crystal clear this all becomes? LOVING our time together in the curriculum-based course. Thank you for recommending it so enthusiastically. 🙂
I’m catching up on my astro zooms — it’s been a very busy 3 months!
I’m predominantly a 1st decan mutable fire
Currently, Saturn (retrograde) is 6º Aquarius in the 1st decan, fixed air, which is in my natal 2nd House (love, money, values) — set up new internal rules and structure around love, money, and values in relation to my first decan planets…
My planets that are first decan are: sun (9º Aqu), mars (4º Sag), jupiter (2º Sag), neptune (2º Sag), and chiron (6º Ari)
Saturn is conjunct my natal sun (ego, body) — an opportunity to create structure/boundaries around self-care (self-love) & step forward with a structure on moving forward with MY values (creativity — creative projects, acting)
Saturn is sextile to my natal mars (fight, fuck, initiate things) — an opportunity to get to the basics of love in my marriage & make choices about what projects to start (career stuff)
Saturn is sextile to my natal jupiter (luck, abundance, expansion) — an opportunity to create rules/structure around how I manifest money & use baby steps to shift Saturn from its minimalism to allowing more abundance in my life with Saturn seeing it as the absolute minimum (this relates to my private session with you, Bonnie)
Saturn is sextile to my natal neptune (lies, deception, actor planet)– an opportunity to create rules/structure around my acting career path & boundaries around lies I’m willing to participate in (currently happening within my family)
Saturn is sextile to my natal chiron (childhood wounds) — an opportunity to create boundaries that shift dysfunctional family relationships (see neptune above)
Currently North Node is 2º Gemini in the 1st decan mutable air, which is in my natal 6th house (daily practices) — move towards my destiny with the aid of daily practices and taking care of my health in relation to my 1st decan planets…
NN is trine my natal sun (ego, body) — there’s a connection between creating daily practices for my self that will help me move toward my destiny in more of a flowy kind of way
NN is in opposition to my natal mars (fight, fuck, initiate things) — need to create daily practices to keep me motivated to move forward
NN is in opposition to my natal jupiter (luck, abundance, expansion) — may feel like a time where I have to work a little harder to move forward and using daily habits and practices will help support that
NN is in opposition to my natal neptune (lies, deception, actor planet)– could be a time of questioning my acting career in relation to my life purpose
NN is sextile to my natal chiron (childhood wounds) — moving towards my destiny can be a source of healing my childhood wounds
It’s one thing to look at each piece separate from everything else, but it’s even more interesting to see how different pieces can support each other.
