Hello beautiful people!
It’s time for you to meet Becky.
Heck, you’ve probably already spent a lot of time with her… but it’s important to give her a name and then tell her when it’s time to take a seat.

❤️ Love this. I read a thing on Tumblr where someone said from now on, whenever they hear that negative voice in their head, they’re going to pretend its Trump, because that makes it way easier for them to tell that negative voice to fuck off. I cracked up, thats for sure.
Bye Becky!
Brilliant!
Yay!
love this idea. lol
I had previously seen my inner critic as this dominatrix librarian combo and that was working pretty well. Then on Monday I had a rock-bottom moment and driving home, half my brain was berating me and the other half kept asking why are you being so mean? And I started to picture the mean part of my brain as a Mean Girl, like shirt, flouncy skirt, crop top, hands on her hips, nose wrinkled bitch face. So that aligns perfectly with this. I like the idea of her having a name, it definitely makes it easier to tell her to go away. Thank you!
Yay! So glad this is helping! Really nice work. 🙂
