I love Danielle! I got to work with her and her assistant for a few months and it was really an eye opening and helpful experience. Things we think are so important as actors are not and things you would not expect to be important or noticed are. Like being late….They do ACTUALLY notice. Sometimes you are paired specifically with someone, or they have other age ranges, rolls, lunch that they need to get to.
Also, more speaking towards commercial auditions, You could be the best actor for the roll, but the client / agency didn’t pick you because you look like an ex or they didn’t like your shirt. So go to the audition do your best and let go of it. It more than not has nothing to do with your acting ability.

God, yes! I do paired reads at all my auditions, so being late totally has a ripple effect!
